Our first guest is Dr. Natalie Marshall. She is the owner of Vitalize Physical Therapy in Westfield, Indiana, and specializes in our pelvic floors. We talk more about this in Episode 8 of Mom, Slow Down! so make sure to give it a listen!

We asked her for some more info about her for this months highlight and here is what she had to say.
We asked what things gave her joy in life, and she said:
“My husband, daughter, and doggie
Friends that you can pick up with like hardly any time has passed
Any place around water (lakes, creeks, oceans)
People helping people out of pure love and kindness
My job (I truly love what I do)
Patients who are like family
Good food without chemicals
A nice glass of wine
Epsom salt baths
Fresh sheets on the bed
Walking barefoot and laying in grass
Gardening (flowers, veggies, herbs)
Hiking in nature (bonus points if there are creeks or waterfalls nearby)
Home design shows and books
Learning new things”
