It brings me great pleasure to introduce our March Member Highlight – Teresa Perez.
Teresa and her husband, Michael opened Faith in U Fitness in 2016. She is a pilates instructor, 200 hour certified yoga instructor, and also does long distance running private coaching. She is also a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.
As a two timed qualified Boston Marathon runner, a New York marathon runner, and longtime fitness guru, Teresa has dedicated much of her life to fitness and health. After struggles with back pain issues, Teresa started her yoga practice and later became a certified teacher.
When she isn’t in the studio teaching classes, you can find Teresa with her grandkids, watching them soak up all of their surroundings.
